Office-based Survey Technician needed in civil engineering and land development to conduct field surveys, prepare survey data, and assist in documentation. Requires HS diploma and 2+ years experience.
Required Qualifications
- HS School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience as a Survey Technician or in a similar role
Desired Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of property deeds, easements, and survey techniques
- Familiarity with boundary surveys, metes and bounds, and ALTA/NSPS standards
- Experience in preparing survey documents and conducting fieldwork
- Ability to utilize survey equipment and technology effectively
