Job Summary
Join our team as a Survey Technician where you will assist in the planning and execution of land surveys, ensuring accurate measurements for various construction projects. You'll prepare detailed survey drawings, collaborate with engineers, and maintain compliance with Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as a Survey Technician with a strong understanding of boundary surveying
- Knowledge of topographic survey methods and practices
- Familiarity with Public Land Survey System and title commitments
- Experience with legal descriptions, easements, and public/private survey documentation
- Ability to work in the field and handle various surveying equipment such as Trimble
Desired Qualifications
- Proficient in Civil 3D and other surveying software such as MicroStation
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills with the ability to perform construction calculations
Additional Requirements
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
