Job Summary
Apply field and office surveying standards to collect data, prepare accurate survey plans, and produce high-quality mapping deliverables using Land Development software. Conduct boundary research with written descriptions, verify survey computations, and create CAD drawings to support project accuracy. Perform traversing, layout work, and map interpretation while collaborating with engineers and project managers. Requires 7+ years of survey experience, proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office, and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions. Valid driver's license and short-term travel required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 7 years of related survey experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Proficiency with AutoCAD design software
- Valid driver's license
- Solid communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the surveying industry, including field survey operations, survey equipment, and data collection processes
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather and field conditions, including navigating rough or uneven terrain
