Job Summary
Full-time MicroStation Survey Technician in our Phoenix office. Responsible for preparing right-of-way plans, boundary plats, exhibits, topographic mapping, and digital terrain models for public projects; reducing survey field data, conducting records research, and compiling site information; working within the Public Land Survey System, title commitments, easements, Arizona Boundary Survey Minimum Standards, and municipal submittal requirements. Proficient in MicroStation and OpenRoads or InRoads; strong verbal and written communication skills. Two years of office-land surveying experience required; LSIT certification and an Associates degree in Land Surveying are preferred but not required. Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel; in-house training and mentorship opportunities available.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years land surveying experience in an office position.
