Survey/SUE Crew Coordinator

Job Summary
Coordinate vehicle and equipment maintenance schedules while monitoring usage for safety. Mentor less experienced staff and train personnel in correct surveying procedures. Perform calculations for field crews, compile research materials, and analyze deeds prior to project initiation. Monitor projects to ensure client specifications are met and all scope aspects are completed correctly. Review time sheets daily, prioritize schedules as directed, and coordinate QA/QC. Assist with project estimates and discuss discrepancies with the Project Manager. Stay current with technology and program changes. Utilize MTS and/or FDOT checklists throughout project performance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven years of experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Successful history of project experience with FDOT or Public Works projects, Site Development, and ALTA surveys
- Valid driver's license with approved/acceptable driving history required
Desired Qualifications
- Subsurface Utility Engineering experience is a plus
