Job Summary
Conduct vertical and horizontal control surveys on highway and road construction sites by operating an ATV 4-wheeler for GPS measurements and marking boundaries with stakes and strings. Analyze survey calculations, maintain logs and reports in databases, and transport equipment in a trailer while ensuring compliance with established procedures. Perform data processing, clean tools and work areas, and repeat short-duration tasks according to set standards. Requires basic math and Excel skills, ability to travel regularly throughout Oklahoma, and physical capability to lift 50 pounds, kneel, and crouch. This safety-sensitive position involves working in all terrain and weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math skills for computations
- Basic computer (specifically Excel) skills
- Able to travel to jobsites throughout Oklahoma regularly
- Good MVR
- Stoop, kneel, and crouch
- Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds
- See and hear well (either naturally or with correction)
- This is a safety-sensitive position
