Job Summary
Manage project tasks, schedules, and resource requirements while overseeing budget, profitability, billing rates, and utilization. Conduct team meetings to evaluate and coordinate the project, ensuring work products maintain consistent appearance and are delivered efficiently. Train and mentor junior staff, drive value through innovation, and establish quality standards for the survey group. Grow the local and national land survey presence by developing strategic pursuits of large projects and supporting office-based business development. Ensure divisional values, policies, and practices are consistently followed while building a strong culture aligned with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year degree
- 5-plus years of experience in a consulting business
- Multi-discipline experience
- Strong understanding of all aspects of the Land Surveying profession
- 5+ years' experience in the land surveying industry
- Strong background in project management
- Effective verbal communication
- Independent judgment
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and projects well
Desired Qualifications
- Professional Survey License
