SURVEY PROJECT MANAGER

Lead surveying projects from scope development through delivery, managing scheduling, fee development, resource allocation, and budgeting. Serve as the primary client contact, maintaining relationships and supporting business development through proposals and networking. Provide technical leadership on complex land surveying assignments, applying standard practices and developing innovative techniques. Manage and mentor project teams, ensuring communication, quality control, and timely completion of deliverables. Participate in critical negotiations and resolve complex issues with sound judgment. Oversee project financials, including monitoring budgets, tracking progress, and supporting accounts receivable collections. Utilize Civil 3D, CAD, and/or MicroStation to support project documentation. Requires an NC Professional Land Surveyor license and 4+ years of surveying experience.
