Job Summary
Join McKim & Creed as a Survey Project Manager, where you will manage projects by developing scopes of work, schedules, and fees while balancing workloads and resources. Responsible for business development, client relationship management, and proposal preparation. Bring extensive knowledge of land surveying practices, demonstrating negotiation skills and sound judgment. Lead project teams, ensuring completion and managing budgets. Candidates must hold a Florida Survey License, have 2+ years of post-licensure experience, and be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Autocad/Civil3D.
Required Qualifications
- Florida Survey License, PSM or the ability to obtain FL licensure quickly if licensed in another state
- 2 plus years of post-licensure experience
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel as well as Autocad/Civil3D
- Requires a valid driver's license and an acceptable motor vehicle record
Desired Qualifications
- Florida Dept of Transportation project design experience
- Experience with Bentley Microstation/Open Roads Designer
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit
