Survey Project Manager - PLS

Lead and oversee daily operations of a growing surveying division in the Charleston market, managing and mentoring a large team including field crews, project managers, and office personnel. Provide leadership to approximately 10-12 field crews and 8-10 office staff while overseeing project execution, staffing allocation, scheduling, and operational efficiency. Ensure projects are completed accurately, on schedule, and within budget by reviewing survey deliverables for compliance with applicable standards and regulations. Maintain strong relationships with clients, municipalities, contractors, and developers while driving operational growth and supporting continued expansion. Assist with business development efforts and strategic planning initiatives. Requires an active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in South Carolina and 10+ years of experience managing survey projects and staff.
