Job Summary
Survey Project Manager leads survey operations including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, and topographic surveys from kickoff through final deliverables; oversees office staff and field crews, coordinates weekly resource needs, and maintains client relationships to drive project profitability in the Tampa Bay area. Requires an active Florida PSM license, plus a track record of client development in surveying/mapping and strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper (PSM) license required
- Associate or bachelor's degree in surveying, geomatics, or a related field preferred
- Demonstrated track record of building and maintaining client relationships in the surveying, mapping, or civil engineering industry
- Strong team-building, leadership, and communication skills with experience managing office staff and field crews
- Proficiency with survey project management practices including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Physical requirements: ability to work in office and field environments, travel to project sites, valid Florida driver's license
