Job Summary
Consult with USDA staff, create weekly production schedules, and proactively collaborate with team members on land survey reviews for the USDA-NRCS. Monitor project schedules, coordinate expectations with internal staff, and manage projects involving multiple team members. This role supports USDA-NRCS land survey reviews at Dewberry's Panama City, FL office, with flexibility for remote, on-site, or hybrid work depending on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Professional Land Surveyor
- A minimum of 10 years of professional experience in all aspects of land surveying, including project management experience
- Must have a clean driving record and be able to maintain a valid driver's license in order to operate company vehicle
- Must be able to pass drug/alcohol screening
Desired Qualifications
- AAS or BS Degree in Surveying is preferred
- A successful track record in the surveying and related mapping industry
- Effective team building skills
- Experience with USDA is strongly preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Knowledge of ESRI GIS software a plus
