Job Summary
Conduct aerial, topographic, utility, right-of-way, and wetland surveys while preparing proposals and managing client relationships. Lead field crews and survey technicians to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Mentor staff and maintain leadership presence through regional civic and professional organizations. Requires minimum eight years of experience, flexibility for early morning schedules, and a valid driver's license. Manage projects using robotic total stations, GPS, and Civil3D.

- Ability to manage field crews and survey technicians
- Minimum (8) years' experience
- Experience with robotic total stations
- Experience with GPS
- Experience with leveling
- Experience with field procedures
- Experience with boundary analysis
- Experience with boundary resolution
- Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times
- Must have flexibility in daily schedule start times, particularly early mornings
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to maintain and operate personal and/or company vehicle
- Familiar with CIVIL3D
- Familiar with Land Development Desktop
- Knowledge of field survey operations
- Knowledge of engineering industry
- Knowledge of construction industry
- Strong technical background
- The ability to obtain OSHA 10 safety training
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Word
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Excel
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Outlook
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Software including Project
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Independent and critical thinking abilities
