Job Summary
Maintain full responsibility for online survey development by reviewing client materials, delivering high-quality surveys, and resolving amendments during quality assurance testing. Prepare surveys for deployment, set up tracking links, and resolve data issues while working with Data Processing to meet client delivery requirements. Meet programming timelines and communicate progress to managers while learning the latest data collection technologies. Requires expert knowledge of Forsta Surveys or similar platforms, JavaScript, Python, and a Bachelor's degree.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or a related field
- Expert knowledge of Forsta Surveys (Confirmit Survey Designer / Professional Authoring) or another survey programming platform (e.g., Askia, Qualtrics)
- minimum 3 years' experience with Forsta Surveys or equivalent survey programming platform
- JavaScript programming knowledge
- jQuery programming knowledge
- HTML programming knowledge
- Python programming experience
- Exceptional ability to multitask and balance multiple projects and priorities
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both verbal and written
- Commitment to accuracy and integrity, doing it right the first time
- Ingenuity and a willingness to learn new techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills, including an ability to 'think outside the box'
- Organized, self-motivated, and self-directed approach
- Adherence to set processes and standards
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of React JS
- Experience working with online panel management
- Experience of working with multilingual surveys
- A good understanding of survey design and trends is advantageous (e.g. Conjoint, MaxDiff)
- Experience with Decipher survey programming
