Job Summary
Program questionnaire documents into Decipher, review survey questionnaires for quality and consistency, and ensure all programming notes are accurate. Test surveys to verify that logic, flow, and instructions are implemented correctly. Collaborate with departments to obtain high-quality data and meet client needs while reporting to the Manager of Programming. This remote contract position lasts three months with flexible off-hours scheduling. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, two years of survey programming experience, and proficiency with Decipher and Microsoft Suites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of work experience programming surveys
- Experience using Decipher
- Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Suites (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Detail oriented with an eye for quality
- Ability to prioritize projects effectively, work independently, and adhere to deadlines
- Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment under deadlines
- Good communication skills, both written and oral
- Hardworking, self-starter that is comfortable working independently and without routine management supervision
- Strong problem-solver with an ability to think outside of the box
- Enjoy being innovative and developing new ways to obtain the data to create a better respondent experience
- Make progress towards goals and possess an instinctively entrepreneurial business acumen

Desired Qualifications
- Market research, biosciences, syndicated research, a plus
- CSS, JavaScript, SPSS, data science experience a plus
