Job Summary
Direct field crews to lead boundary, topographic, and construction surveys while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and quality across industrial projects. Establish control points and benchmarks, review survey documents against Washington State regulations, and resolve boundary discrepancies or title issues. Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation while maintaining safety standards and enforcing local, state, and federal requirements. Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to meet project specifications and support business development through proposal input. Requires a TWIC card and minimum five years of progressive land surveying experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience
- TWIC card required
- Strong knowledge of Washington State surveying laws, standards, and procedures
- Proficiency with GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and survey software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail
