Survey Manager - Survey

Manage daily operations for the Florida Survey department, supervising project managers, technicians, and support staff. Direct supervision includes budget oversight, client relations, business development, and project time and cost estimates. Establish annual business plans, office objectives, and group plans while balancing staffing and workload. Collaborate with Project Managers to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and schedules, and assist with developing project proposals. Maintain executive-level client relationships, respond to inquiries, and serve as the liaison between clients and the project team. Analyze financial performance, initiate corrective actions, and report results to management. Requires a Professional Licensed Surveyor with 15 years of industry experience and 5 years in project management.
