Job Summary
Supervise and direct survey technical staff while managing project quality, budget, and schedule. Build client relations and coordinate outside survey subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and QA/QC practices. Develop fees, write proposals, and communicate regularly with team members and operation managers to meet client expectations and production goals. Maintain accountability in a team environment while exercising independent judgment to solve work problems.
Required Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (Registered in Indiana)
- 5 - 10 years of Project Management experience
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
