Job Summary
Provide work control lines and elevations for accurate material installation, ensuring crews perform layout work competently and accurately. Check as-built conditions using surveying techniques and deliver topographic and cross-section surveys for planning and payment quantities. Assist with quantity calculations, coordinate survey activities with engineers and superintendents to meet construction requirements, and manage department resources and assigned budget. Monitor and maintain the condition and calibration of surveying equipment. This full-time role supports an Advanced Technology project within the Data Center market segment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma / GED
- 5+ years' experience in survey or land mapping
- Valid Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, geometrics or related field
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Expert knowledge of land mapping and technical survey instrument techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills
