Job Summary
Operate survey equipment including Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GPS, laser scanners, and TSC5 data collectors to collect data for boundary, topographic, industrial, and construction surveys. Maintain clear, accurate field notes and conduct quality control by reviewing final maps. Supervise and mentor a one- to two-person field crew while continuously pursuing professional development for LSIT/PLS exams. Requires a minimum of 2+ years as a Survey Crew Leader, valid driver's license, and strong safety commitment. Permanent full-time role with health coverage, 401(k) match, and generous PTO.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' relevant experience as a Survey Crew Leader
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Do what needs to be done mindset
- Strong commitment to maintaining safety standards in the field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desired Qualifications

- Associate's or Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Land Survey Intern (LSI) certification
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with others
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Solid mathematical background with a practical understanding of surveying calculations
