Job Summary
Operate survey equipment including Trimble Robotic Total Stations, GPS, laser scanners, and TSC5 data collectors to collect data for boundary, topographic, industrial, and construction surveys. Maintain clear, accurate field notes and conduct quality control by reviewing final maps. Supervise and mentor a one- to two-person crew while ensuring safety standards are met in the field. Continuously pursue professional development to resolve boundary issues and prepare for LSIT/PLS exams. Requires a minimum of 2+ years as a Survey Crew Leader, valid driver's license, and clean driving record. Full-time permanent role with health coverage, 401(k) match, and weekly team lunches.

- Associate's or Bachelor of Science degree in Land Surveying or a related field
- Land Survey Intern (LSI) certification

- Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Solid mathematical background with a practical understanding of surveying calculations
