Job Summary
Lead field crews in boundary, topographic, ALTA, right-of-way, and construction staking surveys; oversee field survey quality control and deliverables; operate robotic total stations, data collectors, and GPS with precision; communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients to keep projects on track; travel to Oklahoma City area and surroundings; must be willing to work a 5/2 schedule and maintain safety and professionalism in the field; requires 2+ years as a Survey Party Chief, high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with survey equipment (GPS/total stations) with CAD familiarity (Carlson AutoCAD) as a plus. Salary: $35-$40/hr DOE plus OT; benefits include company truck, per diem, and comprehensive insurance and retirement options.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience as Survey Party Chief
- Proficiency with survey equipment (total stations, GPS, data collectors)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Clean driving record and ability to pass background check
- Part 107 license is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with CAD software (Carlson AutoCAD) is a plus
