Job Summary

Lead field operations for boundary, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and house stakeout projects by directing a crew, operating robotic total stations, GPS/GNSS equipment, and data collectors. Analyze construction plans, perform precise computations for field layout, and ensure technical compliance while maintaining safety standards and protecting crew members. Provide sound judgment and superior communication to manage dynamic conditions, motivate the team, and deliver high-quality results with full accountability. Valid driver's license required for company vehicle operation.

  • Construction Plan Analysis: Capable of reviewing and interpreting construction plans, performing precise computations for field layout and ensuring technical compliance.
  • Mathematical Expertise: Strong mathematical skills essential for complex survey calculations and data analysis.
  • Safety Focused: Committed to maintaining safe work-site practices and protecting crew members and the public.
  • Technological Proficiency: Highly computer literate, with a solid foundation in Microsoft Office products and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Valid Driver's License: Able to safely operate a company vehicle to and from job sites.

Desired Qualifications
