Job Summary
Complete various survey types including topographic, hydrographic, construction as-built, boundary surveys, and sectional break-downs. Perform survey calculations, prepare maps and drawings, research internal and state records, sketch legal descriptions for easements and submerged land, and draft information for survey reports. Work in an office setting while utilizing Civil 3D, Microsoft Office, and strong problem-solving skills to prioritize multiple tasks. Requires a valid driver's license, five years of related experience, and the ability to commute or relocate to West Palm Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using Civil 3D
- Minimum of five years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to reliably commute or relocate before starting work
Desired Qualifications
- Associates degree in Survey Engineering, Geomatics, GIS, or other related discipline
