Job Summary
Join EMH&T as a Survey CAD Technician to gain hands-on experience in surveying and mapping, under guidance from an experienced surveyor. Responsibilities include processing field survey data, creating accurate survey drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and collaborating with teams to meet project expectations.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in surveying and foundational mapping skills
- Ability to prepare layouts, drawings, and designs according to engineering specifications using CAD software
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to express ideas clearly
Desired Qualifications
- Experience and proficiency with general surveying practices, boundary control, and legal principles
- Technical education, specialized training, or work experience with one or more CAD platforms such as AutoCAD, ARC/INFO
- Knowledge of Survey Geomatics techniques, principles, tools, and various methods for graphically describing the location and distribution of land
