Job Summary
Seeking a Survey CAD Technician to perform drafting in Civil 3D, process survey field data, and prepare deliverables such as ALTA’s and land title surveys. Candidates should have at least 3 years of CAD experience, proficiency in Civil 3D, and the ability to communicate effectively with field crews. Responsibilities include creating field packs, performing office computations, and writing legal descriptions under supervision. Experience with TxDOT surveying is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- A minimum of 3 years of CAD experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Good organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with TxDOT surveying or drafting
- Field experience
- Knowledge of MicroStation
- Experience in legal metes and bounds descriptions
