Survey CAD Technician

Coordinate with Project Managers to process field data, perform initial CAD work on land survey deliverables, and prepare plats, drawings, and legal descriptions. Execute quality control checks on-site and for others to verify accuracy, compliance with regulations, and adherence to professional standards. Monitor field crew production, provide technical office support including briefs and debriefs, and train staff on best practices. Conduct deed research, plotting, and map checks while ensuring schedule and productivity objectives are met for boundary calculations and alignment drawings. This full-time role requires Microstation proficiency and is based in Glen Allen, Virginia, with local candidates preferred.
