Survey CAD Technician

Job Summary
Use AutoCAD Civil 3D software to produce detailed subdivision maps, ALTA surveys, topographic surveys, and other survey-related exhibits. Research boundary and easement title documents to perform boundary analysis, utilizing field crew data files, sketches, photos, and reference maps to create accurate surveys. Prepare legal descriptions and exhibits for right of way, easements, and acquisition parcels while coordinating work activities to maintain schedules and ensure quality control. Develop familiarity with Kimley-Horn's practices, procedures, and standards. This role is based in Fort Myers, Florida, and requires 3+ years of experience with advanced proficiency in Autodesk or Bentley products.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience
