Survey Cad Technician

Job Summary
Meticulous CAD technician to support boundary/ALTA and topographic surveys in-office in Apex, NC. Responsibilities include researching deeds, plats, FEMA flood info, zoning, prepping work for field crews (boundaries/topographic surveys, final surveys, residential house staking), organizing digital project folders, drafting data observations, creating/editing CAD files, completing redlines, and assisting with boundary, ALTA, topographic, recombination/subdivision plats, residential construction plots, foundation and final surveys, flood studies, easement exhibits, as-built/planimetric surveys under supervision of a Registered Professional Land Surveyor or Survey Project Managers. Requires 2-5 years of land survey experience or basic knowledge of field and office tasks, proficiency with AutoCAD Civil3D, Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- Land Survey experience or basic knowledge of field and office tasks
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- AutoCAD Civil3D experience required
- Detail-Oriented
