Job Summary
Monitor camera systems for theft, productivity issues, and security policy violations. Assist associates with camera usage and video reviews, while using specialized reports to identify financial transaction discrepancies. Maintain alarm listings for all locations and conduct package checks of associates leaving the Store Support Center. Review video footage of significant events to provide details to management, human resources, and law enforcement. Keep accurate records of daily security incidents and support customers with store policy inquiries. Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information and participate in training initiatives to refine skills.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 years of surveillance experience or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and provide thorough and articulate responses
- Proven track record of consistently producing error-free work and meeting quality standards
- Experience efficiently allocating time and resources to meet competing demands and deadlines
- Strong communication and persuasive skills to negotiate and influence stakeholders at various levels in the organization
- Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address issues, minimizing potential delays or disruptions
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations
- Capability to lift 15 pounds periodically
- Ability to navigate and access all facilities
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices
- Close vision for computer-related activities
