Surveillance Team Lead

Surveillance Team Lead position onsite at Fort Bragg, NC. Responsible for performing ASOT role-player duties as defined within the applicable training class in accordance with the Government’s classified SOW, serving as Team Lead, teaching surveillance techniques to intelligence and special operations trainees, conducting live surveillance exercises (foot, vehicle, and aerial), evaluating trainee performance, and ensuring training scenarios reflect modern surveillance threats. Requires US citizenship and an active Secret clearance, with a minimum of one year of SME experience, and proficiency in computer literacy, vehicle and foot surveillance, map reading, technical surveillance, and surveillance detection. Preferred qualifications include DoD surveillance-course graduate, extensive surveillance and countersurveillance experience, background in intelligence/military law enforcement, strong instructional skills, mentorship experience, advanced operational surveillance techniques, and experience with diverse backgrounds.
