Job Summary
Install and maintain surveillance systems for casino operations, including CCTV, CATV, multimedia, staging and lighting, access control, and two-way communications; contribute CAD input for system design and related hardware/software; ensure guest safety and provide excellent guest service; adhere to gaming compact requirements; complete special projects as assigned; comply with enterprise policies and governmental regulations; demonstrate GILA WAY by greeting and engaging guests, listening actively, and maintaining professional relations with guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test
- Must pass a full background check to be certified/licensed prior to employment.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in electronics or casino surveillance (installation, repair, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CCTV digital equipment)
- Knowledge of CCTV, CATV, Multimedia, Access Control systems, staging and lighting, Two-Way Communications, CAD and computer maintenance
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol test and background check
- Strong guest service and communication skills
