Surveillance - Surveillance Operator - Full-Time

Surveillance Operator position at Oxford Casino Hotel in Oxford, ME. Responsible for observing all areas of the property and surrounding areas using surveillance equipment (CCTV, DVRs) to detect unusual, suspicious, or illegal activity and report procedural violations and criminal activity, with emphasis on asset/revenue protection. Duties include operating surveillance equipment and software, monitoring assets and staff/guests for violations, detecting cheating or security breaches, dispatching security officers as needed, maintaining logs/reports, ensuring adherence to gaming policies and regulatory guidelines, and maintaining knowledge of gaming laws and company policies. Requires strong observation and communication skills, high attention to detail, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work extended hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Education: High school diploma or equivalent; on-the-job training provided. Must be 18+ and able to obtain a valid MGCU gaming credential.
