Job Summary
Supervise a team of Surveillance Supervisors, Operators, and Technicians on assigned shifts, overseeing CCTV and alarm system operations. Manage shift scheduling to maintain proper staffing levels while protecting casino assets and enforcing internal controls for guest and team safety. Review department actions, personnel, and processes with management, and report on operational logistics as needed. Work all shifts on a rotating basis in a 24/7 high-energy casino environment, requiring flexibility for extended hours. Obtain and maintain a Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency license.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) year associates degree or technical degree in a related fields or equivalent work experience
- Four (4) to eight (8) years' experience in table games and casino surveillance
- Willingness and ability to be flexible with work schedule
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the necessary license as mandated by the Maryland Lottery and Gaming Control Agency
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work in a confined space with low lighting
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 30lbs
- Must have excellent vision and hearing
- Must be able to grasp, handle, and reach with hands and fingers
- Must be able to stand and walk 30% of the time
- Ability to work all shifts on a rotating basis as designated
