Job Summary
Surveillance Operator responsible for continuous CCTV monitoring of casino operations to protect tribal assets and ensure regulatory compliance (IGRA/NIGC/MICS). Duties include observing gaming activities, identifying cheating or regulatory violations, documenting incidents in surveillance logs and reports, coordinating with Surveillance Supervisors, Tribal Gaming Commission staff, and investigators, preserving video evidence per retention rules, operating VMS/CCTV platforms, exporting and archiving footage, and traveling for required training or regulatory meetings. Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and the ability to communicate effectively with surveillance leadership and other departments are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to operate computer systems, surveillance software, and report writing tools
