Job Summary
Surveillance Operator responsible for maintaining continuous surveillance of gaming areas and property using audio and video equipment, identifying unusual or suspicious activity, reporting findings, ensuring compliance with laws and company policies, and assisting investigations. Requires reliability, integrity, and the ability to write clear, detailed findings; flexible hours including evenings and weekends; experience or familiarity with surveillance systems and table games is a plus. The role supports asset protection and gaming integrity within a multi-location Canadian casino environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using surveillance equipment and software is an asset
- Professional knowledge of table games is an asset
- Ability to work in a dimmed, enclosed and controlled room in close proximity to colleagues
- Good vision and the capacity to focus on a computer screen and sit for long periods of time
- Casino surveillance experience is an asset
