Job Summary
Responsible for the enforcement of New York State Video Lottery regulations and surveillance of gaming room floor and cash operations to spot procedural violations and illegal activity. Use audio/video equipment for observation, maintain surveillance records, and report on any violations. Must maintain a professional appearance, adhere to confidentiality regulations, and maintain knowledge of camera placements. Ability to work with minimal supervision is required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to work with minimum supervision
- Must be able to obtain a New York State Gaming License
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience with CCTV and audio-visual equipment
- Intermediate computer skills including word-processing, spreadsheets, routine database activity, and e-mail
