Job Summary
Monitor and record all gaming activities to ensure regulatory and procedural compliance for SVCR assets. Conduct investigations and perform video reviews of both procedural and random activities. Document employee or guest misconduct for regulatory or management action. Enforce applicable statutory, regulatory, and procedural requirements to reduce potential liabilities. This role requires a minimum of one year of experience in gaming surveillance, regulatory compliance, or loss prevention. Applicants must be at least 21 years old, available for non-traditional schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays, and willing to work overtime. Located at The Skagit casino resort off I-5.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must have at a minimum of one year of work experience in one of the following areas; gaming industry surveillance, regulatory compliance, property or financial auditing, law enforcement, (including corrections), loss prevention, or one years of casino security with at least 3 months of casino dispatch experience
- Must be willing and available to work non-traditional schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- overtime may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Working knowledge or previous work experience in the use of closed circuit television equipment preferred
