SURVEILLANCE OFFICER

Monitor casino operations, including table games, slots, and cashiering cages, via CCTV to detect criminal activity and policy violations. Observe guests and employees, record and document incidents, and report findings to appropriate officials. Maintain property alarm systems, complete detailed incident reports and daily logs, and handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality. Promote positive public relations while adhering to N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.10 and 1.11 regulatory requirements. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires standing, walking, and frequent interaction with guests, employees, and management in a fast-paced environment. A college degree and one year of experience are preferred.
