Job Summary
Operate closed-circuit television (CCTV) technology to monitor sportsbook activities, archive evidence, and identify suspicious activity or fraud. Proactively observe areas including the Cage, Soft Count, and Kiosks to promote accountability and deter theft. Review video and complete required documentation for incidents such as guest complaints, procedure errors, and variances. Maintain knowledge of sportsbook rules and policies through training, while collaborating with leadership to maximize guest experience. Cooperate with the local Gaming Authority and law enforcement as necessary, including testifying in court. Identify trends by reviewing data through software applications and investigate anomalies. Maintain strict confidentiality of surveillance operations and non-public information. This fully onsite role in Cincinnati, OH requires one year of relevant gaming or surveillance experience.
Required Qualifications
- One (1) year of relevant experience in gaming and/or Surveillance
- Previous experience working in a similar resort setting or similar environment
- Applicants must possess legal authorization to work for our company in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship
- Applicable employees must be licensed by at least one jurisdictional agency
- Candidates must comply with and support BetMGM's responsible gambling policies, procedures, and initiatives
