Job Summary
Operate surveillance system and equipment; communicate with security, management, gaming agents, and casino staff; document observations, events, and incidents; follow department rules and policies; provide service reflecting the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition; promptly inform on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity; attend training; perform miscellaneous duties as assigned; requires ability to monitor numerous monitors simultaneously, operate CCTV equipment, observe casino actions, with strong verbal and written communication and mathematical proficiency; must hold Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2.
Required Qualifications
- Indiana Gaming Commission Occupational License - Level 2
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years gaming related or gaming enforcement experience preferred
