Job Summary
Lead the Surveillance Department by supervising all employees and crewmembers to ensure the protection of life and property at Divi Carina Bay Casino. Maintain strict adherence to company guidelines, Casino Control Commission regulations, and confidentiality protocols while reviewing footage, investigating cheating or theft, and coordinating with Security and management. Control closed-circuit television systems, manage equipment inventory, and conduct regular inspections of monitored areas to identify safety risks. Provide detailed reports to department heads and the General Manager on suspicious activities, trends, and operational quality.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related area from a four-year college or university
- 4 to 6 years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- 21 years old
- able to obtain a Gaming License
- Minimum of four (4) years in a law enforcement agency or related field
- progressive supervisory/managerial experience
- Background in gaming surveillance
- excellent observational skills
- excellent communication skills
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents such as technical journals, Gaming Regulations, financial reports, and legal documents
- Ability to respond to common inquiries from guests, regulatory agencies or department heads
- Ability to present information to top Management in a concise, accurate format
