Surveillance Investigator

Job Summary
Conduct investigations for workers compensation, liability, and multi-line insurance claims, utilizing stationary and mobile video surveillance. Testify to collected facts in hearings or court as needed and assist colleagues on challenging cases. Submit updates, evidence, and reports in a timely manner while uploading surveillance video upon daily completion. Make sound judgments during investigations and provide future handling recommendations. Work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings, with early starts, long days, and travel into surrounding areas. Own a reliable computer, laptop, and transportation with a valid driving license. Pass a background check and drug test.

- Proficient with a digital camera
- Must own reliable transportation
- Possess a valid driving license
- Upon hire, candidate will be asked to submit a driving record provided by the state DMV or Secretary of State
- Applicants must pass an extensive background check
- Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment)
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with at least one year of PI experience are strongly encouraged to apply
- College Degree preferred
