Job Summary
Review assignments to determine case objectives and develop or follow action plans. Utilize various surveillance equipment and technology to perform indoor and outdoor surveillance, documenting video footage and relevant information while moving swiftly and discreetly to observe subjects. Drive safely in varied conditions and prepare detailed reports with timestamps and supporting evidence for legal use. Adapt to changing circumstances and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, while attending and testifying at hearings as required. Maintain high standards of communication and confidentiality, adhering to ethical and legal guidelines.
Required Qualifications

- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to travel to and from assignments daily
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Minimum Auto Insurance Coverage: $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident bodily injury, and $50,000 property damage
- Reliable personal vehicle, tinted windows preferred
- HD camcorder, covert camera, smartphone, computer or laptop, and internet connectivity
- Windows 11 or greater required, with 8+gb of RAM preferred
- Mac OSX 13 or greater required for iMac
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate's degree in criminal justice or related field
- Military background; insurance or investigations experience
