Job Summary
Review assignments to determine case objectives and develop action plans. Utilize various surveillance equipment and technology to perform indoor and outdoor activity checks, documenting video footage and relevant information. Drive safely in varied conditions to move swiftly and discreetly to observe subjects while maintaining high standards of communication and confidentiality. Prepare detailed reports with timestamps and supporting evidence for legal use, and attend hearings as required. Adapt to changing circumstances and work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional writing and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and quality
- Ability to work independently and meet established deadlines
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Self-starter with accountability for results and performance
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
- Ability to travel to and from assignments daily
- Must have a current PI License in the State of OR
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Minimum Auto Insurance Coverage: $100,000 per person, $300,000 per accident bodily injury, and $50,000 property damage
- Reliable personal vehicle, tinted windows preferred
- Windows 11 or greater required, with 8+gb of RAM preferred
- Mac OSX 13 or greater required for iMac
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or associate's degree in criminal justice or related field
- Military background; insurance or investigations experience
