Job Summary
Surveillance Investigator at Frasco seeks individuals to perform indoor and outdoor surveillance to support fraud investigations. Responsibilities include reviewing assignments to determine objectives, using surveillance equipment, documenting video footage and relevant information, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards, preparing detailed reports with timestamps and supporting evidence for legal use, and testifying at hearings as required. The role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel to and from assignments daily. Strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, independence, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances are essential. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license with good driving record
- HD camcorder, covert camera, smartphone, computer or laptop, and internet connectivity
- Windows 11 or greater required, 8+GB RAM preferred
- Mac OSX 13 or greater required for iMac
- High school diploma or associate’s degree in criminal justice or related field
