The position offers no PI license required, equipment and a late-model surveillance vehicle provided on day one, paid hands-on training, and a clear growth path within an Investigator promotional track. Starting pay is $20/hour with potential to $50,000–$65,000+ in the first year, plus performance-based incentives, travel support, PTO, benefits after 60 days, and 401k with company match after six months. Working conditions include long periods of sitting, long-distance driving, overnight stays on remote assignments, and extensive use of surveillance equipment; must be able to travel, work early mornings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain undercover professionalism across various locations.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to start work as early as 5am daily with occasional work into the evenings
- Ability to pass DMV check & background check
- Confident driving skills
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight on remote assignments (as needed)
- Adaptability to blend in while undercover in any location with any activity
