Job Summary
Surveillance Investigator at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort responsible for monitoring activities via multiple screens, reporting non-compliance, writing comprehensive investigative reports, maintaining logs, and protecting gaming assets. Must learn and apply Gaming Regulations and company policies; collaborate with management and law enforcement; identify vulnerabilities and propose solutions; work nights, weekends, and holidays; obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license. Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills, with experience in Windows/MS Office and database usage.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional guest service skills required
- Previous surveillance experience is preferred
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Class A/3 gaming license from the Stillaguamish Tribal Gaming Agency and Washington State
- Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and confidentiality
