Job Summary
The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing all customer and Team Member activities via surveillance camera systems for criminal activity and violations of casino policies. Key responsibilities include reporting gaming violations, operating monitor room equipment, participating in court actions, and writing timely reports. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and at least one year of experience in surveillance or security. Knowledge of casino security is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- At least one (1) + years’ experience in surveillance and/or security field preferred
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Must be able to quickly and accurately perform mathematical computations when determining winners and losers and collecting and paying out bets
- Individual should have basic computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of database and spreadsheet software
- Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers and guests in a fast-paced environment
- Good oral and written communication skills
