Job Summary
Conduct surveillance on all cash operations, theft, loss, and violations of gaming integrity while monitoring activities of patrons and employees to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal controls. Advise on gaming violations and criminal activity, report policy breaches involving Indian Gaming, and plan operations to prevent theft or loss. Maintain proficiency in operations, maintenance, and minor repair of surveillance equipment while driving company or personal vehicles to conduct business. Requires a California Gaming License, high school diploma, and knowledge of Federal and Tribal Gaming Regulations. Starting rate is $19.50 per hour for approximately 40+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to obtain a California Gaming License and maintain throughout employment
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must be knowledgeable in the conduct of all games offered by the Casino
- Must be knowledgeable in all areas of casino internal controls, policies and procedures, Federal and Tribal Gaming Regulations and compact requirements
- Must be proficient in the operations, maintenance and minor repair of all surveillance related equipment
